Salam guys. I have a request for an application. Would you guys be able to create something like this http://appshopper.com/utilities/halal-scanner . It looks like a brilliant little app. Would make my life alot easier aswell as the rest of the muslims around the world. Thanks.

I'm using patch to patch the files, but it seems to be only patching the /debian directory (control, changelog etc...)

What's the command to do this?

Yep, the diff.gz contains the packaging stuff and I get Quilt to apply the patches found in debian/patches during the build process

In short: Check debian/patches and check the patches, too, for I was feeling rather narcissistic when making them and I'm also no good at Python

Patched, manually (wanted to keep in the edited files for optification as I didn't use maemo-optify, I did it by hand)
Uploading to extras-devel

IT WORKED! (really didn't expect it to lol)
Also fixed the Hildon Application Manager icon, it should be transparent now.
Added a Choose Sura to the top title bar menu (hildon menu)

Again, thanks qwerty12

P.S I'd be lying to you if I said I knew Python (only know some PyS60)

Minor update, since the application doesn't open a window at startup I decided to change the way the .desktop (icon in menu) behaves.
Update is now in extras-devel
