so it is better for power consumption to set the minimum at 500MHz instead of 125MHz?

Power consumption is about linear to frequency and quadric to voltage? If you want same power consumption on double frequency then voltage should come down 30%.
When the second lowest state is normally/mostly used (lowest is sleep = 0v)?
- When you are listening music with media player (single task)
- When you are using fm-radio (single task)
- Data connection with IM/transfer?
And when you are on phone it jumps to 500 MHz on stock kernel?
What happens to frequency with wall charger?
What happens with data transfer cable?
What are the stock frequencies and voltages (table format)? What are the titans ulv kernels corresponding values (table format)? Or what are the lowest voltages per frequency what people have find stable.
