anyone able to connect to a google account? got wifi, but it seems to want 3g.
yep ive noticed this cant work a way round it yet unless anyone can tell me how android-x86 have created their fake mobile network.
On a related note, is it possible to remove or hide some of the unneeded options and software for the phone part?

Ok posting from my 800 nitdroid workin at a usable speed now no crashes either. New rootfs uploading now
UPDATE: first post edited with new info
UPDATE 2: also if anyone with a n900 wants to be tester and already has at least some idea how to flash etc i would be happy to try build a kernel and rootfs to try,
