I thought I wanted a touchscreen-only phone. I just read the interwebs and I lust after these new phones. Like the Satio and the Aino. I wanted both bad *** hell when they came out. Then Sony basically stopped selling the Satio and the Aino is Mr. Irrelevant with the remote play functionality. In the end it gets you nowhere fast. I have had all the Iphones but get rid of them quickly. Have had lots but the only one I ever go back to is the N95 8Gb. The old standby. The N900 would have taken that role eventually when the screws fell out the N95 and it burst into a million pieces. The N900 is big and bulky but there is no other weapon I need when I have that in my hands-and it can go virtually anywhere. The N900 truly is "The Greatness!"

Although I also complained a lot on this forum about N900, from my past experiences with tech gadgets I know the best way to get disappointed is to set up your hopes too high....

Just to reinforce it, the fact that I KNOW this doesn't mean that I CAN effectively hold my hopes... It is different talking and executing...

Also, there is always strong and weak points for every device in the market. Even if everybody agrees that iPhone 4G will be perfect (just an example, folks!! I don't believe that...) there would be people that wouldn't buy just because it is too common and a lot of people has it. Mobile phones were always linked to the status image of its owner, similar what happen with luxury/sport cars.

My next phone will be either iPHONE 4.0 or N950...depending on which one offer the best features that tailor to my need. I know Nokia offer FREE Ovi nav but if Iphone bring in their own FREE version...then it's even up. And I know N950 will come at least 8MP camera so iPHONE will have to match that too. So...we will see.
