It should be up. I don't see anything problem with the server so all should be good.

EDIT: just noticed that you were referring to "maemo.org" and not "talk.maemo.org", which is running on a different server, which I administer. I can access maemo.org from my side though.

Site has been down all day here (UK) some other users in the UK report no problems though.

maemo.org (not t.m.o.) isn't accessible for me, either. there's no timeout or error or such. it's just a blank page.

Fixed, seems one of the servers had some corrupted cache files for the http end. https side was working all the time.

Edit: cache corruption on one front-end server meant that it was working for some, and not working for others depending where the load balancer took you.

Hi Bergie!

Do you have any suggestions for how best to report outages like this on the future? I only spotted this thread this morning.

Also, would you mind documenting how to clear the caches for Midgard please? I don't know if I have the right permissions to do it, but if I do it'd be nice to know how.

Is there a bug open against Midgard for the cache coruption issue?

Thanks!
Dave.

I have not been able to download WebHTTrack v3.41.23-2. Same results with both of my N810s on 3 different IP/wifi access points, yesterday and today.

Error message: Unable to download webttrack. Application package not found.

I tried other applications on maemo site and all downloaded with no problems.
