I had 61mb and still could not update ota. the only thing i done to get it was over nsu reinstall Pr1.1.1 so i had fresh install then checked for updates ota found it and updated without any problems. this was yesterday.

Thanks to all for this help. For me, it was "countdown timer" that seems to have been the problem. No more error messages now that I've just uninstalled it. Downloading has just begun. I'll try to keep my fingers crossed, but not sure I can do so for two hours!

as many persons said before I needed to uninstall brainparty first and then it went all well with around 46MB of rootfs

I installed PR 1.2 OTA with about 47MB of rootfs free successfully.

With only the Nokia repositories enabled, I had 55MB free and the update worked fine (OTA, 3G). After 1.2, now have 83MB free, both figures from StorageUsage app...

Had 33mb free and it went in no probs at all. Download was about 113mb and the whole thing took 30mins from start to end.

Out of interest, what exactly was it that was stopping the update? Could Brain Party (or whatever) release an updated version that would work both before and after PR 1.2? It seems a bit much to expect the average user to know that some apps need to be uninstalled before an OTA OS upgrade.
