Hmm... that's weird. Try this procedure when you have time:
- manually change back to some other theme (ie. Nseries)
- uninstall Black Plastic 1.2
- reboot
- install Black Plastic 1.3
- change theme to Black Plastic
- reboot

Note sure what the latest update did but it pretty much broke the entire theme. For some reason no longer custom icons within apps area etc.
