I tried too with CPUfreq to overclock to 1150 with both VDDs enabled and it does not reboot. first time ever with smartreflex enabled.
kernel-config show shows current freq at 1150, but can I trust it, since
my active frequencies are only 805 and freqs above that are set in the avoid freqs?
perhaps we are still at 805 only, and it is true that above that with smartreflex you only have reboots.

here is my profile

Code:
# minimum frequency to use
MINFREQ=250
# maximum frequency to use
MAXFREQ=700
# list of frequency configurations: each "frequency:volt,dsprate"
FREQS="0:30,90 250:30,360 600:38,430 700:45,440"
SMARTREFLEX_VDD1=1
SMARTREFLEX_VDD2=1
GOVERNOR=ondemand
UP_THRESHOLD=70
SAMPLING_RATE=150000
IGNORE_NICE_LOAD=1
POWERSAVE_BIAS=0

no problems yet.
the music plays every night.
so no reboot

and the phone sry tablet's speed is niiiiiccceeee

This is my experience so far:
When I started playing with overclocking I got instant reboot when enabling VDD1 with frequency's above ~900. So I left it disabled as I wanted to test highest freq possible (1150).

In the meantime I was trying to find the best battery saving/cpu speed ratio. So far I ended up using xlv profile (starving was unstable at least with high freqs) with min 500 and max 850, switching to max 1150 only when needing more speed.

Just started to experiment some more with SR. Noted that QMLTube crashed when scrolling through archive with VDD1 enabled and CPU max 850.
So I changed to CPU max to 805 and VDD1 enabled which solved the issue with QMLTube.

Now I have both, VDD1 and VDD2, enabled with xlv profile and min 500 max 805. No probs so far.
Will test some more and see how battery life is affected by SR

apparently you should have VDD 1 and 2 both on, but if it works, I guess its fine

HellFlyer, my phone would reboot even using LV at speeds above 600 MHz.

I thought OC'ing was not possible, but recently came up with the below settings, and it's stable (if that don't work for you I have an even more stable recipe)

Here's my kernel-config:
Code:
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE - CREATE A COPY OF IT FOR CUSTOMIZATION
# minimum frequency to use
MINFREQ=500
# maximum frequency to use
MAXFREQ=805
# list of frequency configurations: each "frequency:volt,dsprate"
# FREQS="0:30,90 125:30,90 250:38,180 500:44,360 550:45,400 600:47,430 700:50,430 750:52,430 805:54,430 850:58,500 900:54,500 950:54,500 1000:60,500 1100:72,520 1150:72,520"
FREQS="0:30,90 125:30,90 250:38,180 500:34,360 550:38,400 600:42,430 700:46,430 750:50,430 805:54,430 850:58,500 900:54,500 950:54,500 1000:60,500 1100:72,520 1150:72,520"
SMARTREFLEX_VDD1=0
SMARTREFLEX_VDD2=0
GOVERNOR=ondemand
UP_THRESHOLD=75
SAMPLING_RATE=150000
IGNORE_NICE_LOAD=0
POWERSAVE_BIAS=0

dude smartreflex is OFF in that config

so really that post is off topic...

BTW I think ignore nice load should be enabled too(?)

I am overclock my cpu to 850mhz and activated smartreflex via cpufrequi and nothing special here so far (running for around 5 hours)

well, as for my previous post, I am sure now after speed testing, the CPU was not running at 1150. I don't know what cpufrequi does, but it did not overclock to that. uninstalled now and running happily and truly at 805 with smartreflex on, using profiles and kernel-config.

true. after changing freq to 1150 in cpufrequi then rebooting, freq defaults back to 805
