I flashed both images, but still same problem.
I also glued springs on gsm modules, same way shown in snaps on my n900. And then flashed it again. But still same problem.

I didnīt believe it! But it really works! In Nokia service they told me itīs unrepairable but you changed it. Thanks Thanks Thanks

I reflashed it with thumb firmware after buying, then I found out about this problem.
I also bought android tablet, so I use N900 now almost only for non-internet purposes.

Hi,to me happend the same ****,my way to return to normal status for our n900,turn on wifi and:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install --reinstall ssc-daemon phonet-at cmt-firmware-rx51
restart the phone
wait for while and rock and roll forever
note:I am with kp52+u-boot+backupmenu

I can not make it work , I try in every way but nothing , because I'm sorry , is there any other way to restore the telephone module?
