I probably sound very silly right now but.
Just for clarification, does this mean we will no longer be getting over air updates. We will actually be required to reflash the N900 with each new update?

If anyone had problem with hildon-desktop not rotate after install of cssu stable try to install "status-area-orientationlock-applet" and activate and deactivate the lock. I have tried "cssu features configuration" tool but it does not help (reboot 3 times).
I went frustrating because had reflashed 4 weeks ago and waited of stable release. Now it works.
gconftool-2 -s /apps/osso/hildon-desktop/ui_can_rotate -t bool true

Or type in terminal:
Remember to rearrange your widgets and shortcuts in portrait, hildon-desktop saves that layout seperately!Code:gconftool-2 -s /apps/osso/hildon-desktop/ui_can_rotate -t bool true
