Man, you are really struggling with that N900.
HOW TO:
1. Rename video to n900.avi
2. Copy the video to /usr/share/hildon-welcome/media
3. Go to /etc/hildon-welcome.d/ and edit the default.conf file with leafpad (or something like that)
Your default.conf should be looking like this:
[hildon-welcome]
filename=n900.avi

Why does the bootscreen videos in bootscreen manager lagg at start up, even nokia hands lagg?
