please tell me how to disable R&D mode...im not understanding wiki...i tried

flasher-3.5.exe, it is, if I am not mistaken, so that's a typo.
And your lockcode is either a different one that you should have received from the seller, or otherwise it is retreivable through gconf. (before you reflash your device, that is...)

type flash, press tab and it should auto-complete the flasher executable which is named flasher-3.5.exe
Also that combination is what you didn't use, anyway in windows you can list the files in the directory by the "dir" command and check what the right name is

windows key + R
msconfig
start up
uncheck nokia ovi suite
restart
cmd as admin
combined (latest india) file flash
remove battery
emmc(latest 13.2) file flash
remove battery
combined (latest india) file flash
attaching as text document....
