Yes, it lame not to answer your mails. But not sure if its a crime. They could at least say. "we are no long interested in serving you. If you have any more questions please don't send it to us. We are not interested in answering questions. BR, Jolla"
Companies discriminating users all the time. The best way is to be supporting customer only after X company do something good for you, since you can't be screwed but you can screw any company if you like. What you should ask yourself is... Why do you want to help jolla when they don't help you. Ignore them, start you own campaign against them, set up your own company or support something where they value your input.

Well, we shall see how it all ends. According to Finish law company discriminating someone for personal reasons is a crime (read my post about that). Regarding the rest of your post the question "why?" is answered at the end of FAQ

I may be wrong (I'm not a lawyer) but public denunciation of individuals might be hate speech or harassment.
If you want to know for sure, you should consult a lawyer. I can only give warnings out of gut feeling.
My feeling now says I'm hungry. Time to get something to eat.
Hate speech is, outside the law, speech that attacks a person or group on the basis of e.g. race, religion, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
