Anyone have solution for this error : mkdir: cannot create directory '/dev/cgroup/cpu/user/': Permission denied
-sh: cannot create /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/16346/tasks: nonexistent directory
-sh: cannot create /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/16346/notify_on_release: nonexistent directory
its still happen even with new update....

Getting permission errors in xterm? Maybe you have this problem - where for example running the active parts of speedpatch manually:
I suspect (havent tested) that this is because cgroups is already mounted on /syspart - I had to change the mount in /etc/event.d/speedpatch fromCode:root@Nokia-N900:~# mkdir -p /dev/cgroup/cpu root@Nokia-N900:~# mount -t cgroup cgroup /dev/cgroup/cpu -o cpu,memory mount: mounting cgroup on /dev/cgroup/cpu failed: Device or resource busy
toCode:mount -t cgroup cgroup /dev/cgroup/cpu -o memory,cpu
Code:mount -t cgroup cgroup /dev/cgroup/cpu
