Hi!

Was trying to install but get:

Updater proces ended with error 7
error instaling zip file

I have wiped the Ubuntu Touch install, smacked the latest TWRP on the Nexus 5 and got stuck with the above.

I tried a fresh install and worked fine, just follow the instruction in pages 1 - it should work for you as well. In recovery:
- flash cm13: adb sideload cm13...zip
- flash sailfish 3: adb sideload sailfish ...3...zip
and that's it!

The phone is clean, I have only transferred the files to the storage via cable, than rebooted to recovery, selected install, selected the zip and the error pops out. There is not much more I can do.

Edit

Trying it with ADB sideload and it also gave:
Updater process ended with error 7

Edit 2:

FIXED

Just as suspected - latest TWRP was a bad idea. I have used 3.2.1.1 and it worked. Installing Sailfish at this very moment

I updated my Nexus 5 to Sailfish OS 3.0.0.11 via terminal. Was not very good idea since camera and volume buttons doesn't work anymore. Can I select volume level via software because media sound is muted but I can hear input sound when I am typing via keyboard? (So that means speaker is working).

You can try to use the patch "three fingers volume control" https://openrepos.net/content/ferlan...e-control-fork

I tried to install that but the installation just gave me error.

EDIT: pkcon refresh did the trick and I was able to install that volume patch. However, that doesn't work. The volume patch doesn't appear to patch manager and swiping with three fingers doesn't do anything.

EDIT: I got the volume patch working after all. I just needed to reboot device after installing patch manager and second time after I installed the patch.

Well, this is what happens updating immediately without some testing, it is just not worth it.
