I deleted all accounts, reset the device to original settings, added them again and it`s still the same...
I can even chat on GTalk but once I open Mail app it wants me to set up new mail, it`s empty...
I guess it`s time to visit Nokia Care tmrw for the first time...

If you tried to tweak you new PR1.2 with old N9 QTweak app (for PR1.1)
Temporary solution:
1) Download my temporary backup from PR1.2
2) Extract from ZIP, connect your phone to PC via USB cable and transfer folder BPR1.2TP to your phone (/home/user/MyDocs) <- this is a root directory for user.
3) open terminal as ROOT (devel-su, pass: rootme) and write:
If you have problem with vkb -> connect you phone with WinSCP as ROOT and transfer folder usr (from BPR1.2TP) directly to main directory = root (NOT /home/user/MyDocs). This will ask you to override usr folder in your phone, press YES to all... Reboot your phone..Code:cp -rf /home/user/MyDocs/BPR1.2TP/usr /
