Sounds like you're in a FAT32 volume that does not allow chmods.


As root, move your /home/user/apkenv directory to /opt.

Then you can chmod it as needed.

cddiede, I think he can try the step with one change..

after doing cd /home/user/apkenv he is doing ./apkenv /path/to/apk

he should change this to:

Code:
cd /home/user/apkenv
/home/user/apkenv /path/to/apk

I know of 2 users who got it to work this way...

Fixed apkenv-qml version is at github: https://github.com/QKit/apkenv-qml/downloads

Remember: you must put apkenv binaries to "/opt/apkenv/bin".

With this version, opt/apkenv doesn't exist, only opt/apkenv-qml/bin, but put in there the binaries doesn't resolve the problem. It's not working, the games doesn't open (i installed this version over the previous one (0.0.1)).
