Use Tweak F-2 and enter 45 45 for the custom OPLOGO size...The first few things you can just press Enter to leave blank...For the OP Logo it'll ask for two values...enter 45 in each of them...Then refresh/reboot and billboard fixed...
led notifications i don't get what you mean...
About LED issue, I was referring to LED being in always blinking mode when phone is my pocket or light sensor covered. despite disabling LED notifications from settings.

Not sure about the LED thing...

Nope, Apps4Meego never shown N9QTweak for me, so I always used 1st post of this thread.
