I cobbled together a version of dm_loop for Fremantle. Please check (after it settles in extras-devel) if it's of any use in Easy Debian.

attilla77: according to Matan earlier in this thread, dm-loop doesn't add any speed to the loop; in fact he said it slowed down the loop slightly. His tests also suggested that the loop speed in Fremantle was very close to the hardware speed...

Yeah, I know, but it did feel faster for stuff on my microSD. Might be my microSD or placebo, don't know. Was working with RAID stuff (don't ask) so dmloop was a freebie...

Just bought N900! Install Easy Debian! Thanks!
But I found some problem: when I leave LXDE session with Ctrl-bakspace and run "Fix LXDE keyboard" and return back, session leaves itself after few seconds, I can print maximum only around 10 letter before. I wonder if it happens only with me
If it is important - im using Easy Debian on 5Gb ext2 partition on SD, not image file.

Is it possible to make Fn key pressing in Easy Debian the same as in Maemo. Now user need to hold Fn key constantly while pressing another key. But in maemo Fn press "saves" some time.
