Vlad.
I was referring to options to changing the "degrees" numerics to other colors in the standby screen like red, blue, yel, white etc. Maybe throwing in some other color options for the city name and a few different color themes for the icons as well. Don't know if I'm getting the point across so please let me know if I need to explain differently. As always, this app is getting better with every iteration so thanks a bunch. I've already given a nice donation, I think you are due for another soon.

Possible bug?

I currently have MeeCast 0.5.5 installed and am observing some strange behaviour when updating the location Liechtenstein/Schaan from Weather.com. The weather data will not update on the first (manual) try but it will take several tries (for example like 5 to 10) before the data is updated. IIRC this behaviour started with some earlier version (2 to 4 versions back, can't tell for sure). I first put it down to weather.com acting up but now have used OMWeather on the N900 which promptly and reliably updates the same location on the first try while the MeeCast on the N9 fails at the same time.

Is demonstrated when you click on the day/date to the left of the weather section, at the top of the feed screen.
It flashes briefly to let you know that the calendar app is about to be launched.
Does this make sense?

Yes & if all the major/capital cities can be added, & launch time accelerated, that would be awesome.
Currently I have to use Sydney, but I don't live in Sydney, the only other option is Penrith
Two other issues I see.

Is this still a possibility longer-term?

And this?

Thank-you.

Is it possible to add Wunderground feeds to Meecast? I find their reports to be more accurate than others. (And they have tons of weather stations to choose from - you can even add your own: http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation ). They claim that non commercial developers can use the service for free:

Not sure if you noticed but just in case, since at one point you said you have to use Sydney.... gismetro.ru, weather.com and yr.no all have way more locations in Australia than bom.gov.au (on MeeCast of course), I'd probably recommend yr.no for diversity, although naturally bom.gov.au with more locations would be preferable, you would assume for accuracy.

Thanks, may have to switch to them until they add more locations using BOM as source.
The ideal would be to use BOM of course, as it's far more relevant for Australasia.

Mainly checking they understood my other points/Qns, & one hasn't been addressed yet.
Hence the *BUMP*.....

Cheers.
