I started getting waaay old GV SMS messages. I just finished going through them at the website and marking them as read. Not cool at all. Why not have TOR keep an internal "last checked" DB and not accept IM's that are timestamped (assuming they are) before that timestamp?

I'm on a N900. I deleted the account, upgraded, and re-created my account.

I have 2 SMS threads and 1 voicemail in my GV account, all "read". Whenever I connect, it alerts me with 1 "new" SMS thread (the older of my 2) and a voicemail.

These messages also show the wrong timestamp -- they are "now" as opposed to when they occurred as listed on the webpage.

Help?

It seems TOR doesn't mark messages as read on the Google Voice site. So if go to the GV website you can mark them read there.

As far as I can tell, all of my messages were already marked as "read".

As I said previously, there are flaws with GV that I work around by ignoring if a message is read on GV and trying to determine in TOR if it has previously been reported. I changed that code in the latest release hoping to improve it and it sounds like I made it worst.

It'll be a few days before I get a chance to look at it. It would be helpful for me to have a bug filed on it so I can better track it rather than it being lost in the thread

Oops. My 9829 sounds similar to your 9828. It even looks like we entered them at about the same time!

I think the difference is that yours is for all messages reappearing, while mine is only some.
