1. Does it have mscim built-in? (native chinese input support?)
2. Should I just use the older RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin for resetting the eMMC? (or is there a leaked version for this also?)

I have most testing apps installed including yours Noob (Healthcheck) and all reinstalled ok.
Still testing though.
