Look, I'm not saying you're liar but I don't believe you without any evidence of you actually seeing the phone either. No leaks whatsoever on the net and you're saying that you ran into a random guy in public down town with a n950 just "lying around". Why the heck didn't you take any pics? Sorry but I smell a rat.

But the WM7 "horse" has a blood lineage tracing back to donkeys such as WM6.5, 6.1, 6.0, 5.1 that was fully neglected for too many years and Microsoft did sweet F all to maintain it (still running on Pocket IE4/6!!).

I'm not making any decision on whether he's telling the truth or not, but it could easily be a nokia employee using the device in a real world situations, and if you just bump into someone in a pub briefly would you ask to take a photo of the phone? Especially an unreleased phone that hasn't been announced yet? Put it another way: if you were that employee and the phone was still secret, would you let someone take a photo? I wouldn't.

Besides, do you remember the big story about the iPhone4 leak last year? When some Apple employee just forgot it sitting on the table in a German beergarden? Someone needs to test those devices in real-life situations and that is done best in the open world... (though those people of course should never forget to not use the TOO openly)

Funnily enough when i wrote that post the iPhone 4 was the first thing that popped into my mind. I remember all that wild speculation about the new hardware features and design, and the leaks were pretty much identical to the final product

Noooo... not the good Club Mate... (never tried it yet, but some friends like it...)

Can you tell us what the meeting with Nokia is about?

That's been Nokia's business strategy for several years now, I believe.
