Actually I see nothing wrong with using the original Fennec icon (the one you brought for QmlMozbrowser above). It's the most professional looking. I'm not sure about the license though, but I can clarify that with Mozilla if needed.
It should be somewhere in Mozilla source repos I guess.
I.e. one used here:
No need to put it in an orange rectangle, since that's Harmattan's thingy.

I like Morpog's cutefox icon, it's really cute

The fennec one is of course more professional, as it was done by a professional. But it doesn't share anything with being cute.
The whole idea behind cutefox was Qt = cute and fox from Firefox. Btw, I don't decide if the cutefox logo/branding is used in any project. I just created it and offered it to be used if anyone wants to. Also, as I created it in SVG, you can have any size for it without any quality loss.
