HaHa Guys, Are you trying spin this to that factory is responsible for the indiegogo campaign towards the backers?

then I have good one for you. Apple is not responsible for the iPhone prices. Its the subcontracts the provide the parts

you guys want another one. just tell me...

The factory just want to scam you in their own way...They sell the tablet with android so everything else is just another scam.

@psjuma dug up the site he is referencing.
The translation leaves some room for interpretation imho.

I think the factory is responsible for selling the majority of tablets on themselves, rather than deliver them to Jolla as originally intended. They are selling them using Jolla's name, design and marketing materials to make a quick buck out of Jolla's misfortune. I'm sorry if this situation is too complex for you to understand, but just to be clear it's not about responsibility for the indiegogo campaign.

componies regulate their deals with contracts you know.

That is to control the flow of money. Both Jolla, factory and suppliers got expenses...

If Jolla can't pay. Deals might change And fairly so.

Under no contract would a factory be permitted to sell Jolla branded goods like this. It is a scumbag move, especially when they are refusing to supply those tablets to Jolla.

Do you know how the contract looks like or if they even have one?

If you don't pay the money you borrow from banks you lose it either you want it or not.

Under what law is Jolla sales via webshop legal. No refund for several month? Money should been refunded months ago.

It's an ugly world where everyone wants the money. Our money.

So if the factory did something incorrect which the May or may not did...it's up to Jolla to handle it.

Jolla broke the contract when they couldn't pay. Liquidating those assets is well within their rights, especially since there's no telling when they'd get full payment.

That still doesn't excuse trademark infringement, nor refusing to sell them to Jolla now.

I would also want that but could understand if the relationship/original deal is broken.

Where has it been stated that the factory won't sell to Jolla? And trademark infringement how? They're liquidating what was unpaid for by Jolla to recoup their losses.

Simply stated, this situation would not exist if Jolla could have paid off the original contract or struck a deal afterwards. That part is missing, oddly so especially since Jolla has funding now.
