For test installation from n9qt, you don't need to change updater file, just remove wget and try tweak uu, also write which phone you have: normal mode, incepted or open mode.

MK99 if you are still around to test can you purge wget then do as root:
apt-get autoremove
to allow the system to remove whatever it needs to
then enable harmattan sdk repo and do tweak UU...
