Try Segoe Print and Segoe Script -- pretty close to Comic Sans, but with more condensed leading. You can find them in any Windows 7 installation.

I can't upload those, they are not freeware as far as I know.

About the overlapping -issue; seems like Comic Sans isn't usable font in Maemo OS, at least not without tweaking font sizes manually afterwards.

Version 2.2 is now available @ extras-testing.

Main differences between 2.1 vs. 2.2 are:
- setup panel is now written in QT
- you can choose to use any font installed to your device

Please test and cast your vote here:

Made also an optional background image to use with BP variants:

Just save it onto your device and set it as background via Desktop editing mode -> background, system will automaticly make it loopable across four descs.

If you mean the one that I posted some screenies few days ago, the answer is no. I ran into problems package getting too big to handle for appmanager so I left them out for now (already made three color variants out of it; LiquidCarbon, LiquidCyan, LiquidGold).

Yep.. the package is pretty sizable as of now. So will you be creating a different package for the color variants you mentioned above and the blue coffee one? I can't find them in v2.2

There's no "blue coffee". I named it as LiquidCyan.

Will make another package out of those which integrates into Black Plastic.
