run tweak UU

Now UPDATER has -rwxr-xr, but the problem I think there are packages permission..

(now without Open Mode I can install all that I want without problem, because in Open Mode, before I reflashed, installations exiting suddenly).However, no one of that codes above works.. neither for wget and meerar, and this one shows me
