@jbw and kulas:

this is a known bug in the phone app (not the kernel) yes you are arbsolute of that. if you have IDEAL @500/850mhz and make or received a call, your min freq goes down to 125mhz, but your IDEAl setting are still there and unchanged. (still scales 500/850mhz with avoid freqs 125 and 250).

N900: 1000/1150mhz; sampling_rate 15; up_threshold 150000;

jf you are using Ideal settings that is okay. if you are using ulv or xlv which the min freq is 250mhz, just enter:

/usr/sbin/kernel-config limits - 1000

this will only change your max freq.

/usr/sbin/kernel-config limits 500 1000

this will change both min and max freqs.

Thanks Gabby! thats great, if i'm right it says that is can go to 125 but the kernel keeps it above 500? nothing to worry about

yup! that is because, ideal settings is set 125, 250mhz to "Avoid Freqs" so no matter how low you min freq is, it will stay @500mhz min freq.

just re-activate ideal so your min freq will display 500mhz again
