disable all repos other than the aegis* one in /etc/apt/sources.list.d and try again

Ok...so:
Step 1) Open xTerm
Step 2) ...?
Step 3) PR1.2!!

post the output of following command:

"ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d"

remove the filemanager.list and try OTA update again.

devel-su
rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/filemanager.list

ok done, ls shows it gone. Gonna try update again. If you dont see me in 5 minutes, it means it worked! =)

Still getting Update Failed. Update Interrupted.
Should i try removing dev mode? What about that osa.list?

Try clearing apt cache,

Devel-su
rm /var/cache/apt/archives/*.deb

You can also try disabling developer mode
