So far most of the prices in EU are looking like crap.

The prices of the first two carriers seems good (ca. 530-550 Euro for the 64GB), compared to amazon.de (619 Euro for 16GB).

The problems are that this carriers don't ship outside of Switzerland and it's not possible to pick up the device themselves somewhere.

It is. Just choose "Pickup" instead of "Shipping".
