Thanks for the tip, as removing the BSI wire solved the problem i was having with battery meter.
first the charge level stayed at 100% until it reached about half of gharge and then it dropped suddenly to 2% and stayed there.
i haven't yet got the change to fully charge these batteries because it seems to take A LOT of time o fully drain them. maybe tomorrow morning they will be empty. i still got some 40% left and i have been surfing the web, playing videos etc. to try and drain these batteries faster

Oh, i think i'm sticking with the glue as my final solution. i tried to pull the outer battery away from back cover and the whole cover came out with the second battery then i tried to pull them apart just to see how strong is the glue and i think the battery cover will break before these batteries can be disattached from it super epoxy ftw.

Umm... overnight?
Can't really say more accurately, but if batteries are empty at evening, they are full in the morning.
I think it's double the time compared to single battery.
these batteries seem to last the whole day even in power use
You can use batteryeye to check the charge time, because in my case charge time was only 4:33 which is quite small for the two batteries, so any info on your charge time would be much appreciated :-)

thought I'd give an update. Got a new n900, so means no need for an external connection.

With a double battery, after a day of medium usage, and wifi on most of the day, I'm still at 70% remaining. I'm not really interested in benchmarks, but I do know its much better than previously, where itd be drained after 12 hours.

This was with my generic brand. I had Japods in a double too, but dropped the phone which broke the soldering point. Any advice for how to get the solder to stick to the battery terminal?

Thanks so much dk frost, youve saved my battery life.

i think these batteries take forever to fully drain.... i was hoping to get them drained for evening so i can plug my phone in charger for the night, but i have been stuck on 0,4% for few hours
I installed batteryeye and batterygraph so i can see how long it takes to charge fully empty batteries to full.

dr_frost_dk thanks for your time and inspiration. A small donation has been made.

Scuds arrived today, waiting for mugen cover, then I'll try my hand at a dual battery mod.

Um, it is a battery that stores 190mAh more than the original. What more can be said? Just buy one for extended battery life!
