The 128GB chip is very expensive over past few weeks. You will end up paying a lot $ for the extra 64GB, like Apple's product. While the price difference you can buy an 128GB SD card easily...

Many thanks for the update! If you have further pictures about the production stuff (and you are allowed to share) please share them here.

I love watching these kind of stuff and I think many other guys here too. Production test, assembling stations whatever else would be interesting.

Thanks in advance!
Once the production begins I will do some factory audit myself and will upload as many pictures as I can.

Good decisions I think. Not worth the risk of delays or cost increases.

Didn't find if somebody already asked this but are you also able to deliver spare parts if needed or is this just whole package thing?
Either way it's great that these will be available again!

Just a small question here: will it be possible to install an operating system other than Sailfish, on this device? Eg. Fedora or Ubuntu?

Yes, it will run, but likely there will be problems with backlight control and not all hardware being supported out of box, for example cameras. Though Linux 4.12 finally got Atom ISP driver, so it might be possible with some work.

As you can image, the official channel is getting very busy those days, with refund and Xperia X... I can only say I'm ready on my side...
