I would think he's selling pre-orders but in any event he has a low rating and no real history on ebay, I'd stay away.

Apparantely there are 2 fullfillment centers here in PHX AZ, a coworkers nephew(yes i already know how that sounds/but its true) started working there last week and says the devices were delivered there, and are on their manifest. They said they have been processed to people who preorderd it but SINCE there is NO street date from nokia recieved , they are holding on to them till otherwise. (apparently to prevent fines). This is real talk. i have been investigation all morning, i will drive by the wharehouse this evening on my way home and try to catch an employee there to verify again.

Well actually... come to think of it. Think of all the bad press Amazon and Nokia would get if your arrest got on the news. People may cancel their pre-orders, and that would mean I'd get mine quicker.

strange that nokia gave out 300 trial n900's on the 9th and he happens to put one up for sale around same time, it might just be a con though b/c why is he willing to except such low offers when i'm sure he could make more than retail price on other sites as its not out yet
look at all is other items he as for sale non have is own pictures they all media shots and his account is only four days old, i bet ppl will get shipped chinese fakes
