That doesn't tell me anything new as I already knew all that and goes inline with what I wrote.
Greater than 1Ghz in only certain specific setup hence it's rarely ever run at 1ghz in mobile devices.
As the yield gets better, higher stock speed is more possible. Nokia didn't want to risk it still obviously.
