Timpaxi,

There is some problem with 9.5.1. Uninstall and install again should fix it...

Since harmattan dev nokia is down, do I have to wait for a solution or do the tweaks still work?

That must be your application of it not anything to do with harmattan-dev being down...One other poster did the same tweak successfully while the repo has been down so please don't spread the wrong message...
