No no, I just want to have a picture of how safe it can be running at that frequency, starving profile as default I don't need anyone to guarantee. If I didn't know the possible risks, I wouldn't overclock in the first place

If you start crashing unexpectedly AT ALL with that configuration, I think it would mean that you are NOT ok. If you seem to be fine, without a lot of overheating, I would guess you ARE ok.
You seem to imply that the combination of that frequency with starving is especially hazardous. I think that they are two separate issues. Starving doesn't work for me, for example, even without overclocking (I am pretty sure). Everyone has to test and judge their own device.
I think I could probably go with 1+ Ghz overclocking, but I stay with 850 mhz. That makes me feel safe. And ideal voltage, which is much as I can do without crashing from time to time.
