If you have just installed the kernel, you need to shutdown and boot to activate it

ok i have a so called "problem"... when i load "ideal" profile, it put my lower frequency on 500 MHz.... but after a while,

I did nothing. Installed, rebooted, then CLI reported all is well and was able to call on kernel-config limits after gaining root.
Any errors during install? Did you use the terminal and apt-get or HAM? HAM eats some errors and warnings.

Backup your docs and do a full sw reinstall..run std settings and maybe ok?
Unlikely to be hardware...its pretty robust.
One thing though, whats the idea behind low voltages and then trying to max the processor out? Seems illogical to me to do that and expect stability....
