why not manually install binutils? Get it from my db: http://db.tt/JkpjGrP7
Btw, I just realised you can get binutils from normal user repo if you don't have Harmattan SDK repo enabled...I just re-flashed and got it

Btw, can i use tweaks A,B and W if using homescreen settings, but not background and orientation?
