like others have said, i'd recommend changing theme after the update. My default theme was changed after the update anyway. WIth that, font being used in email (exhange) was too small. After changing theme (and changing it back), font problem was fixed. I think people had issues with icons in app catalog also and that gets fixed by changing theme also.

Over The Air.

It's built in. Means just go to your application manager and click the Update button.

application manager with icons is the first big change, looks sweet as hell. plus by default i see ovi and maemo.org catalogs are available. its working way faster, animation, menus, switching apps. brilliant.

and more is it saves the previous position where before install app we were at ... small fix but its nice

Yes, obviously I have used the update function ;-)

Even Maemo Rock's, it doesn't already auto update without manual intervention ...

So, maybe someone can help to find where is exactly the problem ?

what a huge response for this upgrade!
nokia should see how desperate people are to have their phone fixed
nokia ... we need that p1.1 or what ever firmware!!!

I NEED FIRST A WORKING N900 again

After Firmware update 1 second before end it crashed and firmware update failed....

Since then i try to go i the FLASH MODE but no change....

at the moment i see NOKIA logo very low on the screen and no reaction when i remove battery + Pressing U i try's again to install ROM USB Driver but it failssss,,,,

so i sitting in front of my 4 day old N900 and crying

can anyone help me out maby?

It appears the store is open now. Using store.ovi.com bookmark works on the N900.
