Personally I wouldn't worry too much about the 'morality', but if it really bothers you - just buy a copy from ebay (plenty for sale). The original coders or the company will not make any money from it, but then you have the original cartridge and it is allowed to make a copy from it for personal use (even if it is a game from Nintendo).

You cannot buy this game or rom from the company anymore so they abandoned it that is why it is called abandonware.

That doesn't mean it is legal to download and play roms from an old game, but most companies don't care. They have made some money from it and have moved on.

For personal use I don't see any objection to use abandoned software.

Selling a product with roms on it is a different story. Then you are making profit from someones work without permission and that is where I draw the line. YMMV.

But I haven't understand how works that keybooard shortcut to change language with shift+ctrl+M. At least Terminal and Notes says changing input language, but nothing happens.

EDIT: I add those arrow keys.

[QUOTE=Maemish;1563550 ... the other is the old game where you move on the bottom of the screen a plate/line and use it to bump a ball to a coloured wall and try to get rid of that wall and sometimes you can get many ball goi around destroing that wall. I think I played it with my friends C64/128 but can't remember the name.[/QUOTE]

It's called Arkanoid, & a.k.a.: Breakout.
There's a version in the repo called TechnoballZ. I think it's too fast, but it's there. It's on the internet, too.

I need to check if I still have a working build set up. Evidently I was the last person to upload a version to extras-devel.

Just installed California Games to Picodrive. Works great. Just have to adjust sound before starting a game. Now only problem is I don't know how to play these games! Being a skateboarder and not knowing how get speed in halfpipe and surfing eats my ego.

But now it seems that now starts a new age with N900 and I can drop some of my computer projects (compaq armada 1700 as a retro game console etc.). I just have to learn to use these emulators and play games. Thanks to everyone!

Is there Picodrive for N810? If so I think yhat could be a better game console. If there is has anyone tried how well it works?

And I asked my good friend if he has played nethack. He said yes, but that he played more the finnish version Spurgux. Has anyone here played that?

Overclocked to 950, installed cssu tuner and put transition times down, installed speedpatch, changed swappiness to 10. This device seems ridiculously fast. And it affected to Psycho pinball too.Ball moves faster.
