About the broken pink Lauta backcover, certainly someone can make a new one by 3d-print, based on the measurements.

What did you exactly ask from Shapeways? How can they answer they cannot make it if you have not modelled it first?

I have Nokia device.
it's a phone.
I have a breaked rear housing with me.
can you build it for me like the picture attached? exactly the same as the picture with different colors. black, blue and pink. there is plastic and nokia logo etc..

n950, their answer meant that you have to have a 3d model for the rear housing before they can print it, so they recommended that you contact a designer to make the model. After the model is made they can print it.
