@mikkov

I think you should tell about your work on official wormux forum. I bet it'll be nice for wormux developers to hear that there's something going on on maemo.

Also, I think that your packages should get linked to on wormux download page + little how to how to run it. Moreover you should contact devs in my opinion. It's your decision of course. I can tell them about your work if you prefer me to do it, no problem (guess I will inform them anyway )

Current package isn't quite end-user ready. I just tried it again and found that sound is miraculously working! I think that I will update to 0.8.3, fix minor problems (taskswitcher, icon) and add notice that this requires 128 MB of swap and push it to maemo.org/downloads. When this is done it can be linked from wormux.org too.

Congratulations. I've spoken with wormux developers. They already've out your link on wormux downloads page. Take a look.

As I declared to take care about this case I would like to ask you about a few things. The link we placed on the downloads page directs to sources, I guess there are binary packages as well, right? If correct please provide me with a direct link.

Also, I would like you to write some kind of "how-to" describing how to run wormux on MaemoOS step by step so I will include it in our documentation pages. Hope it's not a big problem for you.

Main wormux developer told me that it's best if you upgrade the package to the latest version, as you mentioned. And you're welcome to join wormux developement team if you like. Guess it's best for you to visit our project page so you can see current tasks proposed both by wormux players and developers, and latest bugs waiting to get fixed. So, if you decide that you want to help us on our way please contact gentildemon, as he's the most active programmer in out active team. You can find his contact information here.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me as well. You can find my e-mail address on that page I directed you to few seconds ago. I prefer to discuss this how-to and additional packages URLs releated things via e-mail, it's way more comfortable for me, of course if it's not a problem for you.

There are binary packages
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...free/w/wormux/

But as I said these are not ready for end-users. Probably by the end of the week I will update the packages and there will be single click install from http://maemo.org/downloads/OS2008/ , so there won't be need for howtos

Ok. Tell me one more thing. When this version available from
http://maemo.org/downloads/OS2008/ is ready, these source and binary repos will still get updated or not?
