I've created the wiki page http://wiki.maemo.org/Questions_and_answers which is mostly a tidied-up copy and paste from the "New User or enquirer start here thread. It differs from the existing http://wiki.maemo.org/Frequently_asked_questions page, as these are not necessarily frequently asked.

I don't know if this will be useful or whether I'll have time to keep it up. Any suggestions for improving the layout of it are welcome.

The intro tab was rewritten last year and looks pretty good to me - what are the specific issues with it?

Dave.

Hi,

Would it be possible to merge this with "New users start here", or include it in the FAQ, please? Perhaps they're not frequently asked questions, but I fear that having too many new user pages will mean that new users will not be able to find the information they're looking for. Also, we need to think about where pages like this get linked - as you say, they're not frequently asked questions, so perhaps this wouldn't merit a link in the front page of the wiki, where the New users page would?

Dave.
