It is always wise to leave some space in schedule if you're going to catch flights. I always try to do that, especially when traveling through Randstad.

Better be safe than sorry and leave on time. Public transport sucks. Sometimes train is completely full, and they never arrive on time. Or you may miss a connection, or take wrong connection.

Salut would be neat but works after client has joined WLAN, and you still need to agree on common protocol for chat.

Waiting for the video recordings (and some slides too.. especially Qt related). Not all of us made it to the summit. Thanks!

I'm a bit late to this one, but:

I guess the summit is long forgotten. This is too bad for those of us that didn't get to attend. I guess our participation in the community is not so wanted after all.

Nobody ever posted video of my "Why Does The Community Matter To Nokia" interview with Ari Jaaksi. I was really looking forward to seeing that.

Sorry for gravedigging a thread, but is it safe to assume there will be no more Maemo Summits due to MeeGo?

Good to remember this thread, though. Let's bring the lessons learned from the Maemo Summit to the MeeGo Conference.

Please comment further about the MeeGo Conference in the MeeGo forum.

Never did see much video put online for the 2009 Summit.

Is this likely to change in future?
