I would go for Class Action Lawsuit if I knew how to do that.
I will never buy anything from Nokia online nor their phone sales. The worst experience I have ever had - charges on my credit cards and I have to wait 3-5 business days those charges to be removed. That company is so bad.

I am glad you were so lucky. I placed my first order on 11/27/09, after working hours and I got a message something about authorization issues. Order did not go through - my PayPal card was deducted by Nokia. It took me few hours to get though Nokia sales people and revert funds. Today I placed order twice, over the phone, using two different credit cards and same story - cards did not go through and even supervisor did not tell me why. She said it was confidential information why al those 3 credit cards would not go through. What a crap. But I am glad for you that you did not have to go through that nightmare.

I placed my order on 09/20/09. Now, over 2 months later, I still can't get the N900.

Hi,

my orders keep failing on the online store regardless of which credit card I use. Did you do anything special to get your order to process?
thanks

I did the same from Nokia USA website and twice over the phone - all 3 credit cards failed but Nokia did charge all of them. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back.

I would think the money hasn't been taken, but only locked.
If it has actually been taken for goods that haven't been shipped Nokia will be in a lot of trouble.
(Auth takes 3-5 days to expire, whereas a refund is fairly instant)

That is correct, but at the end, regardless how Nokia handles money - I am in minus $613.13
I guess, I rather pay extra and buy from EBay.
