Open the connection manager, you should have a connection named "orange". This connection is the bluetooth dun connection.

Does the bluetooth icon turn blue?

If not, please run in xterm the commands
Code:
root
rfcomm connect 2
And tell me what are the results.

I have one issue left. My n900 doesn;t automaticaly drop ORANGE after my bluetooth phone is out of range. It just connect to orange even if my phone is not around. SO it doesn't automaticaly switch over to wlan or other active connetion. Is this fixable?

As a workaround, you might try to edit the file ./usr/bin/db-orange, and add the line
dbus-send --system --dest=com.nokia.icd /com/nokia/icd_ui com.nokia.icd_ui.disconnect boolean:true
After the pppd call ... line.
This will disconnect whenever pppd dies, which is what I expect to happen when bluetooth gets out of range.

EDIT: This will obviously not work. pppd goes to the background and returns immediately.
