Personally, if I were a betting man, I would guess a Snapdragon, like the Nexus.
Maemo 6 devices will still have the OMAP3 SoC, while later versions (7 in 2011 and beyond) will get some multi-core love with the OMAP4 SoC.
I guess the Snapdragon is somewhat cheaper, but have you ever seen a multi-tasking device with it? N95, Omnia HD, Palm Pre Plus and N900 (of course) all have OMAP SoC:s.
