sub'ed as in subsidized phone. As I am saying. No regular cell phone store carried NOKIA. The warehouse won't let you open it, since it is probably some china nock off. The online distance selling law works a bit different in the US. Once you break the seal, you can't return (store would be different, but once again, you can't get in a store).
I guess your last line sums it up. Get it for privat use, not for business...which is sad after all.

Beside the lack of video calling & the lag time for any function accessed when in a call,

First it's difficult to switch between calls or resume a previous call after hanging up with a call on hold. You should not have to enter the menu to change between anything. That submenu should be available automatically when a call is placed. There is a gigantic space where a tiny little thumbnail fills barely a third of the open area (which looks so outdated in comparison to the iPhone). This space could actually serve a function!
Logic-When someone's waiting on the other line it is simply not convenient to have to click more than once to get back to them or switch between parties.
Second when you click on one of the phone numbers appearing in your call log it should dial that phone number immediately! If you click on the contact's image it should give you the submenu to choose between different phone numbers, sms, mms, or IMs. It should not take multiple taps to call someone back-that is simply not convenient either.

I dont get it... calling someone back from the recent list takes 2 clicks, one to select who and one to select the action. Like most other phones, but the select action replaces pressing the green dial button. 2 clicks like other phones, someones been on the iPhone tooooo long.

Is there an alternative dialer or other app, that the community is aware of, that will permit me to send contact information as dtmf while in a call?

Or an alternative solution for using a calling card, apart from editing all numbers to include the calling card string in the number stored?
