yes i'll try tonight ;-)

if original lib can do this, i can easily add graphical elements to control that

i'll add a reset to default option in menu.

that's because you've got the normal ui version, not modified mine, but don't worry i'll try to upload it on this topic later today, after adding min freq and some tweaks....

and i'll try to manage the original dev to upload it on devel...

UPDATE :

here are the sources : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JFQ0IJCO
you can test directly in QtCreator 2.0 SDK with MADDE

you'll need qt4.6 and PR1.2

original dev can integrate all this in cpufrequi package

for dummies, the binary : http://www.megaupload.com/?d=E04MZXSN
you have to dl it on your N900 and put it in Downloads when it asks
then launch terminal and type :
sudo gainroot
rm /usr/bin/cpufrequi
mv /home/user/MyDocs/Downloads/cpufrequi /usr/bin/cpufrequi
chmod a+x /usr/bin/cpufrequi

it will replace the default ui,
to get back to default ui, just uninstall cpufrequi and readd it from repositories

at the moment, install isn't really user friendly, but it will change if developper integrate my work directly into his package

cheers.

The UI is nice. Thanks. However I would more like these features implemented: "Restore to Defaults" and "Apply at startup". Or somehow to apply the settings indefinitely.
